My current favorite Thorne products are Metabolic Health and Women’s Daily Probiotic. Although I have a laundry list of supplements I take, these are the two I always make a point of taking. My go-to is to mix it with water and orange juice, especially after a workout. I have started adding a partial scoop of the vanilla-flavored powder to my unsweetened cereal – a popular O-shaped brand – to boost my morning protein intake and find that it works quite nicely and adds a bit of low-calorie sweetness. Hint: Add the powder to a small amount of milk and mix thoroughly before adding the rest of the milk for a smoother texture.
