The best way to tackle changes in your life is to get ahead of them. Especially when it comes to your health. There is a ton of information available to all of us. But how do we know which direction to take? While there are large established truths that everyone should practice, each individual has their own challenges. And that's where the difference lies. Andrew has been practicing physical therapy and strength and conditioning since 1999 and believes a balanced treatment approach is the best way to help people reach their goals. With a wealth of knowledge, he is always willing to change course when he doesn't see the expected changes needed to help someone breakthrough their limitations. No singular approach works for everyone. An experienced professional knows how and when to make changes and, in some cases, when help outside their scope of expertise is needed. Andrew has been certified in the Titleist Performance Institute's golf fitness instructor program, has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, is certified to perform the Functional Movement Screen and Y Balance Tests, and is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. But more than this background, he knows the struggles himself with the challenges of work, parenting, and social pressure of trying to do the right things. It's a process, and we all need someone to help us along the way.
