About
Carrie is a board certified nurse practitioner. Carrie's breadth of 20+ years of healthcare experience includes Transplant, Surgical/Trauma ICU, PACU, Med-Surgical, and Wound Care. She was a nurse at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for 12 years prior to going to school for her Masters Degree in Nursing. She also earned her Masters in Heatlhcare Management in 2012. She obtained her Masters in Nursing with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2017 from Winona State University. She then worked as a nurse practitioner at Mayo Clinic Hospitals in the focus areas of inpatient and outpatient Endocrinology (Diabetes, Thyroid, Obesity). She has a passion for listening to patients and working together to find solutions to help them improve their health. This passion has evolved into her own practice (Reviving Wellness) where she believes in the importance of caring for each patient individually and providing excellent patient care where the needs of the patient are heard and met.
