Hello! I am Dr. Paula. As a teenager I began exploring holistic approaches to improve my life as I struggled with health problems and finding balance. Through my personal journey I developed a passion for living a fulfilling existence that nourishes my body, mind, and spirit. My background is in east Asian medicine, psychology, neuroscience, and biohacking. Over the past 10+ years I have worked with individuals of diverse backgrounds and goals using a variety of approaches - both eastern and western.
