I strive to provide high quality strength and conditioning training and education to collegiate and elite athletes without compromise, therefore I only recommend the highest quality supplements to people who are looking to optimize their training programs. A life long Vermonter and US Navy Veteran, Coach Caulfield has been involved in fitness and athletics for more than two decades, spending nearly a decade as the Performance Center Manager and Head S&C Coach at NSCA headquarters he utilized 20+ years of "under the bar"â lifting and coaching experience in a variety of different roles in support of the NSCA's mission as the worldwide authority on strength and conditioning. Prior to joining the NSCA, he served as an assistant strength & conditioning coach at Dartmouth College from 2008-'11, working primarily with football, men's & women's swimming, and rugby teams. From 2006-08, he was the head strength and conditioning coach and director of camps for the back-to-back American Basketball Association champions, Vermont Frost Heaves. He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS*D) certification and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC*D) designation from the NSCA as well as USA Weightlifting's Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach certification. He earned his b.sc., degree in physical education from Castleton University in 2000 and a master of arts in sports coaching from the University of Denver in 2017. Specialties: Strength and conditioning programs for athletic teams and individuals. Strength training for speed and power, endurance, speed and agility development, energy system specific conditioning, injury prevention, olympic weightlifting, strongman, powerlifting, nutrition for athletic performance, fat loss, and overall health.
