Lalo has over a decade of experience helping general population clients and athletes reach their health and performance goals. After working at multiple of the top fitness facilities in Southern California, he started his own coaching business in 2018. His goal was simple: -Provide the best possible programming and coaching for the community -Create strength and conditioning programs that are personalized and tailored to clients and athletes specific sport goals. -Provide a high energy, fun and result driven welcoming environment that inspires achievement. Lalo has devoted his life to improving the health and fitness of his clients since 2011. As a former college basketball player, and an All American Strength & Conditioning Athlete, he knows exactly what it takes to reach difficult goals. After undergoing hip surgery in 2013 and taking a year to recover, he has the belief that anyone can improve their fitness lifestyle with effective programing and hard work. Lalo has also learned from the top fitness professionals in the industry. When has worked with some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the industry. In the last 7 years, he has dedicated his time to continuing education including, TRX Suspension Trainer clinics, Perform Better Summits, Strong First Kettlebell certification, EXOS, and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach. With a passion for inspiring human change and a desire to be better through continuing education, he strives for the success of his clients by educating and inspiring them to achieve a stronger and healthier version of themselves.
