I am a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Sport Scientist located in Lexington, Kentucky. I currently work as Head of Performance for Lexington Sporting Club, a professional soccer club competing within the USL 1 and Super League. Coaching has granted me the opportunity to travel the world to work with national teams (Chinese Rowing Association- Tokyo Olympics 2020). Nutrition and supplementation are key components to optimizing athletic performance. I have witnessed protocols help athletes avoid injury, return to sport, and develop their mental/physical game.
