I am a holistic health practitioner, licensed in psychotherapy and certified in integrative medicine for mental health, and functional diagnostic nutrition. My goal is to educate clients so they have the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain optimal health and happiness for the rest of their lives. I utilize functional lab tests and genetic analysis to gain insight into my clients' physiology and help them understand how their genetic expression is influenced by epigenetic factors, such as diet and lifestyle.
