About
I am the Senior Assoc. AD for Sports Performance at the University of Denver & the Owner/Head Sports Performance Coach of Denver Sports Performance. During my tenure at the University of Denver I have been apart of 3 National Championships with DU Hockey (2017, 2022 & 2024), and 2 College Cup appearances with Men's Soccer (2016 & 2024). I am the 2016 NSCA Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year. I have spent the last 16 years within the field working across almost every sport. However, now my time is spent specializing with hockey and soccer athletes from the youth to pro levels.
