I am a division 1 athlete who is passionate about health and wellness! I grew up playing sports, which led me to love fitness and engaging in an incredibly active lifestyle. I battled a couple of eating disorders for over three years, but am far along in my recovery journey, and I have never felt better. Because of this experience, I am a strong advocate for mental and physical health in all aspects of life.
