Moench Method Bodywork isn't your typical massage therapy clinic. There aren't any candles burning and there's no soft music playing. All of our therapists are massage therapists by licensure, but they've come to us to learn how to help people get out of pain! They are problem solvers, detectives, and puzzle workers. Our therapists are looking for the root cause of our client's issues. The Moench Method is a combination of deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and movement work. As one of our past clients coined, "It hurts, but it works!"
