As a High School Director of Strength and Sports performance coach and owner of a remote online training business, I get to use my 20 plus years of Strength and Conditioning experiences and expertise to help build and develop athletes in all sports. It is an amazing opportunity that I am thankful to steward. I want to help all my athletes sprint fast, jump high, and lift heavy making Happy, Healthy, and Fresh athletes that are at the top of their performance in their Sport!
