About
I'm a nutrition coach who lives in Upstate NY. For the past 2 decades, my passion for adventure, food and fitness have been fueled by the pursuit of nearly 2 dozen marathons, ultramarathons, triathlons, Ironman, CrossFit and building strength in winter mountaineering and backcountry ski descents. The key to success is understanding what my body needs to be strong, to sustain energy, recover and continue to perform. I continue to seek opportunities to learn, build and qualify my strength in the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, from how we move, to what we put on our bodies and perhaps most importantly what we fuel our bodies with. My own goals have evolved, Iâm now focused on passing my learnings on to others who share an interest in an increasingly healthy lifestyle. Fueling your body for a healthier lifestyle doesnât need to be overwhelming, it simply requires a trusted resource/coach, a defined process and our individual commitment to it; thatâs what I do!
