Test taker must be 18+ and reside in the U.S.
You should take this test if you
- Are physically inactive
- Have high cholesterol, high triglycerides, or a family history of either
- Have pre-diabetes, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease or diabetes
- Are overweight or have been gaining weight
- Eat a high-fat/high-carbohydrate diet or a high-calorie diet
- Smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes
- Are a man older than 45 or a woman older than 55
Potential Symptoms
If you have any of the following symptoms that are, or can be, associated with heart disease, then you should consult with your health-care practitioner:
- Irregular heartbeat
- High blood pressure
- Chest discomfort
- Easy exhaustion, fatigue, or shortness of breath
- Heavy snoring or episodes of not breathing while sleeping
- Excessive weight gain in the abdominal area
- Swelling in the lower extremities
- Leg discomfort when walking that is not associated with a known injury or over-exertion
