Stable, spore-forming probiotic that supports GI function and bowel regularity.*
Bacillus coagulans (also known as Lactobacillus sporogenes) is a lactic acid-producing bacteria that promotes GI function and bowel regularity.* It is unique in probiotic supplementation because this beneficial bacteria is dormant in the bottle but reverts to a growing bacteria in the intestines.* As a result, it resists being killed by stomach acid; in contrast, many Lactobacillus probiotics lose much of their potency before use and do not survive their transit through the stomach.
