I have read that sublingual vitamin Bs are better absorbed and those that are not sublingual, so I wonder if the non-sublingual forms have the same bioavailability?

Although this is a question many people ask, the research to date does not support the conclusion that sublingual forms of nutrients are better absorbed than encapsulated forms. The research does support the conclusion that both encapsulated forms and sublingual forms are efficiently absorbed and do correct deficiencies. Encapsulated nutrients are absorbed similarly to nutrients in food; i.e., the nutrient is readily digested and efficiently absorbed in the intestines. Thorne’s goal is use nutrients in their most optimally absorbed form.
